When I made the reservation I asked for a room with two double beds plus a cot for three adult women. When we checked in we were told this was impossible due to fire laws. The site should not be set up to allow you to book a room that does not exist. They gave us a room with a King bed plus a cot so it was ok, but someone else may not have been comfortable with that.

We are French and do not necessary use the right words. Shuttle from and to O'hare. Staff at the reception and at the Continental breakfast corner very welcoming, pleasant and ready to help. Large bedroom, clean and all necessary toilet things needed. Continental breakfast excellent.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It appears the rooms were updated and were very nice. Attended event at Convention center. Loved the convenience and price.

No ice machine on 3rd floor where I was staying. The soda vending machine didn't work either (on 3rd floor).

The location was good and it was nice to have a restaurant attached to the hotel. The hotel also offers free parking, which is nice considering how close to the airport it is.

The hallways smelled like smoke and the pictures online look a lot nicer than reality. They gave me a room that was still being cleaned when I went to check in. There was only one bath towel and no wash clothes in the room.

The bed was comfortable. It was a help having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room was clean, and staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The air conditioner was better the third night after staff worked on it.

The air conditioner was very noisy and woke us up several times the first two nights when it came on. The first time staff said they sent someone to work on it there was no difference in the noise volume.

It was convenient for O'Hare Airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and it was useful that there was a restaurant attached.

We chose not to have the complimentary continental breakfast, instead having the eggs, bacon, etc. When the bill came it seemed expensive, then we realised there was an 18% service charge. Outrageous!

The hotel interior room was really nice. Comfortable.

Upon check-in. I was standing in line and ingonored completely. I was the second person in line and skipped over a few times before I said something. Then I was treated badly for speaking up about being skipped.

İt very close to the Ohare airport so if you are looking for a hotel close by the airport it is a good choice.

As I entered the room a I saw a cockroach on the table and I covered it with a plastic glass. Wrote a message to house keeping "a special gift to you " and left it next to the glass. The hotel is very old and needs care. İt is definetly not worth the what they charged me. You shouldnt pay more than 55-65 dollars for a night.

The courtesy bus to and from the airport

It was not a very pleasant area, we had to walk outside to the restaurant we had to have our breakfast in - our room wasnt quite ready as we had arrived early so we were recommended this rest. for lunch - it was awful - chicken that was uncooked - not very clean at all. the hotel room was clean in the bathroom but carpet was very dirty and in need of a vacuum. The area was a bit rough and lots of litter about outside.

It was close to the Stephens COnvention Center.

It was dirty. The first room I was in had wet soggy carpet. The hostess in the breakfast touched the rolls /donuts with her hands after clearing and cleaning a table.

The hotel rooms were small and unclean. My bathroom had hair on the bath tube and toilet seat. After I complained about the hair on the bathroom tub, the manager of house cleaning came up with the cleaning lady, and her demeanor was somewhat cavalier (arrogant). Also, the carpet was nasty, and looked like it was bleached from dark green to light green. Additionally, cracked ceilings and chipped paint. One of the worse hotels that I stayed in, in Chicago.

The staff would not let us check into the hotel until my wife called because the booking was under her name. We had called the night before to make sure this was not a problem since my wife was not traveling with me. I was assured that this was not an issue. I also had the confirmation # but I still had to have my wife call the main desk before I could check in. Also, didn't get roll-away cot until 10pm after requesting it at 7pm and having to make two phone calls after that in order to get it.

I like the area, closer to the airport , and free parking

There are things that did not satisfied my need while stating there were the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Making noise when I moved, dent in the middle of the bed, no enough supplies of shampoo/conditioner the coffee maker does not have coffee pitcher, but I don't have to ask the front desk at all time.It is their responsibility to check each room, again if I were to ask if I want to come back in this place maybe not.
