  This is an awesome little gem if you are looking to stay in the ritzy part of San Juan (Condado Beach). We arrived almost midnight, but the front desk left us keys to get into the house and the room in a specified area. The keys came with a note with instructions and contact information if we needed help, just make sure you call a day or 2 before ... o que as pessoas dizem » you arrive to make arraingements. What my husband and I look for in a place are clean sheets, good a/c, and working toilet; which it had all 3! We sta - Launchy was Very accommodating, had ac prepped for us on arrival. Did not need it the second day. (After acclimating to temperature) had private door to balcony and had the ocean air breeze. Coming in. The Balcony overlooked the sea. And could sit there all day or night long. Or sleep right on balcony. Smooth Jazz Music could be heard from the restaurant near by, but ocean waves were louder. Launchy recommended nearby places.
