  It was a quiet room with a comfortable bed. - We were visiting relatives in the area and the location was excellent for our requirements - across the road from the Natick Mall and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Management and staff were excellent.

  Actually, after all the "negatives" I had seen and read about "American Host Motel" (after I booked it), I was very pleased with everything about it. Yes - the hot tub wasn't working... Because they were in the process or replacing it with a new one.   The location was fantastic. There was a beach right across from the hotel. The view was fantastic. The hotel is right on the bus route and within walking distance from town. Staff was friendly.   The price. The staff was helpful and very friendly and accommodating. Close to beach and has nice shopping area. Room was clean. Excellent for our needs - we did not need a gym or pool or breakfast - just a place to stay over that was reasonably priced.   The room size was amazing. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, was very impressed with the configuration, bedding, kitchen, bathroom and most importantly the cleanliness of the room. - Loved the suite, large accessible bathroom and fireplace. Very clean and comfortable.
