The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was beautiful. Conveniently located right near the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge, it was a short walk to multiple Subway stations, the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, Pace University, the 9/11 Memorial, and Battery Park. Hotel is 'as-expected' but 7 blocks from subway in a nothing-
special neighbourhood. We had a small issues with our booking through
the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn
to start they fixed the problem. The gym is ok but the pool hours are
too short : 10 to 6pm

Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

Have to admit I was a little anxious about whether this was a good choice, but it turned out to be perfect! Apt was very clean and newly updated (nice tile, hardwood, cabinets). Seemed very secure. very fun place, safe, cool people!!!
not far from the subway - Pretty place and very sociable. We had free drinks and BBQ on the roof the night I stayed. Nice mix of people, mostly young.
