The price of $70 per night off season for a 2 bedroom condo was excellent. The main thing I was looking for as well as price, was an indoor pool for my grandson. The pool was clean. The pool room and the water were very pleasantly warm. The unit was clean, except the carpet was badly stained in the living room. I liked having in room coffee service and toiletries like a hotel. We were very pleased with our room. My husband and I brought my 90 year old mother with us and the apartment was very convenient for her----easy access to elevator and she could sit in the apartment and enjoy everything going on on the beach. Also, it was a nice quiet place to stay which we really enjoyed. I will definitely keep the Peppertree in mind for our next visit.
todos opiniões » I liked everything about the Peppertree by the Sea. We had a suite and it was suited my family of 9 perfectly with private bedrooms and a sofa beach. Our view was of the ocean. I will stay there again and recommend it everyone!! It was affordable and gave everything we were looking for. When using letsbookhotel.com, our stay was over booked. Upon arrival and check-in, Henry at the front desk moved into immediate action and put us into the penthouse suite. As a former owner, I was pleasantly surprised that this was the first option at PepperTree By The Sea!. Beautiful location and view of the beach for a very reasonable price. Everything you needed in the room to have a relaxing, stay-in night and lots available close by so you could spend less time driving and more time vacationing. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay at. We will definitely be going back to. My family and I definitely recommend Peppertree by the Sea!. I loved the view of the ocean from the balcony, the cleanliness of the resort, the friendly staff and the price was great! Will stay there again!. I really like being right on the beach with the options of a indoor or outdoor pool. I also like having a two-bedroom villa with the kitchen. Fitness room could have been a little nicer, but still worth the price. The room was a little dirty when we arrived with food crumbs on the floor. Light bulbs in the bathroom were out, and we had ants in the kitchen on the last day. Also one of the bedrooms was at the front door which my daughter wouldn't sleep by the door, so we switch from the master bedroom to the front room. I believe the front bedroom and living room should be switched. The ceiling fan in the front bedroom was very small and outdated. It put off no air, and the room was stuffy. Our little condo didn't have a balcony. Very disappointing with the ocean front view to not have a balcony to enjoy the scenery. Only thing i didnt like was the balcony. it was way too small. I had an unpleasant expirence with a rude staff member however the management made up for it the following morning. The room was cramped and had stains on the carpets. The older gentleman at the front desk was crabby but helpful. Its a little dated but it's not like it costs a ton of money. You get what you pay for. Location and value are great. Air conditioner seemed dirty and not working in tandem. Two bedroom condo only had one TV. Needs 2 TVs and also wi-fi very undependable. The noise outside at all hours of the night by other guests and the shallow balcony. Smelled like cigarette smoke in the room and on the balcony was a ash tray full of cigarette butts, and that after I left the room on Sunday morning none of the 3 keys would work when I arrived back did not like being locked out. 1st floor accommodation gave us a view of the pool but couldn't sit and watch the waves break on shore. Felt letsbookhotel.com misrepresented the Peppertree. on the Sea. Initial room did not face ocean but staff found another It was a time-share,not a hotel!. Wifi poor. no balcony. small balcony. I didn't like the room. I had to upgrade to a better room. The staff was very helpful. Bedroom / bed / kitchen and bath were much smaller than it appeared on the website. No view from ground floor, strange check out procedure and the address is hard to find with gps ( not hotel fault but would have been nice to know). There was dust on the bed, bedside table and clock. The air conditioner was rusted out. The floor was not clean. The rug was old. The elevators were small and therefore caused a log jam at check-out. Staircases were narrow and ended right in front of the elevators. There was not enough space to get past anyone waiting for the elevator. This is a safety hazard. Ash trays were present in supposedly non-smoking rooms. All rooms in my suite smelled like tobacco smoke. The accomodations are dated and no TV in the bedroon. The entire facility looked tired and kind of dingy. The furniture in the living room was worn out and definitely needed to be replaced. Also, we had no clue it was not a hotel when we booked...we were therefore very surprised when we had to strip the beds, wash all dishes, and empty the trash since it appears it is some sort of time share. We were there 1 night...while the price was good, I would definitely have booked with a hotel and not this kind of establishment. No housekeeping, if stay here be aware that you take out your own trash n towels must be exchanged to get clean ones. Very dated. Needs remodeled. We had a 2 bedroom suit n the shower was very very small. Limited onsite parking. Free across street. only 2 pillows in room that slept 4. I didnt know office closed at 11:00 didnt make it there till after 12:30 place was closed had to look for another motel to stay the night in had to drive to conway for a motel for the night. Very run down. Not enough staff. Dirty. There was a cob/spider web in the kitchen cabinet. A hair was in the cabinet with the drinking cups. The main living area is very small. The kitchen is oddly placed in a hallway with a bathroom off the kitchen. I did not like that I had no housekeeping during the stay and had to do linen exchanges. Housekeeping staff nice, office staff, not so much. What I didn't like was the additional $50 charged when I got there, on top of that when getting new towels I was interrogated by the towel Nazi as if I had stolen towels. Layout of our room. Was not set up for two adult couples. No privacy. Open the outside door into the room and you can reach out and touch the bed. That "bedroom" had no air conditioning in it so we burnt up at night. The bath for that bedroom was right in the kitchen so you had little privacy there either. The pics and description of the room was very misleading. Felt like we were ripped off for the price and what we got!!!. The staff was rude &&hateful. Those 3 females were so nonchalant about our stay and my money.
