The staff was very friendly, we really enjoyed the bar as well. I enjoyed the decor in the rooms and we had a decent view! The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants which was really nice!

We did not like the Heavenly Beds. I found our king bed to bed hard, and the pillows were way too thick which gave me a stiff neck. Our room was also very tiny, but I was ok with a small room considering the price we paid.

The gym was not bad for a hotel gym. Staff was very friendly and helfpul. Good soap and shampoo. After I was charged double the amount I was supposed to pay, the hotel refunded the correct amount and apologized for the mistake.

The description of the room made it seem larger than it actually was. (may have just been my misunderstanding). Room refrigerator was pre-stocked which made it very difficult to put my own things inside. I was accidentally charged double the amount I was supposed to pay (the hotel fixed and apologized for the mixup, although hotels of this caliber should not be making these kinds of mistakes).

Staff were very helpful & friendly. Location was perfect - shopping in the Nicolette Mall was great. So nice to be able to use the skyways as the weather was sub-zero. We will definitely plan another stay in the future.

There were a few really noisy guests in the middle of the night - not the fault of the facility however, just lack of courtesy on the individuals part.

Large bathroom; tv; robes in rooms; very clean; fast elevators; access to skyways and easy walking to downtown; doormen and valet parking if needed.

Had loud disruptive guests across hall that ended up being removed; front desk was hard to find when coming in from 2nd floor skyway.

The hotel was nice and the staff was good and helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is great.

I did not like that I was given a very small room on the 4th floor. I expected that being an spg member I would have had something higher and also I found it strange that they have no real conciege who can help with places to dine and go for entertainment. While front desk people were helpful, they didn't seem to know where entertainment in the city is or have the time to really show you on a map where you are going on the skywalks, which are very confusing.

I liked the friendly staff, beautiful view, and easy access to the skywalks.

Restaurant prices prohibited us from trying the food, but we were able to find affordable dining. $34 per day parking was also disappointing, but you can take the car in and out without additional charges.

Very nice clean facility.

This location could use an upgrade to the check in and valet areas, it was a little overwhelmed on several occasions during my stay.

The concierge was amazing. They asked what brought us to Minneapolis, and once I told them it was our anniversary (and the first one we'd ever been able to celebrate), he brought us a bottle of champagne to our room. He was so sweet I hugged him. It made an exciting getaway even better!

$34 for valet parking, which is pretty much your only choice.

Very cool hotel built inside a reconstructed old bank building. Very quick check in and felt secure in room. Bed was amazingly comfortable.

I do not care for hotels who charge an additional fee for wireless internet. I have stayed at much less expensive hotels which have provided free internet access.

Nice location, comfortable rooms--cheap overnight parking--at the Marquette parking garage--do not go to some others very close by--big rip off--Marquette is $5.00 overnight--across the street (on Marquette) from the hotel side entrance.

no view (looked across at an office building with windows--people working--had an awful room next to elevator and housekeeping (walked down 4-5 stairs once in the room)--they changed us out after requesting a different room. Twins were playing all weekend and everything was booked downtown..

The westin looked amazing. Well kept, everything was clean and well laid out and the staff was very friendly.

While it was a nice place, the prices for some things were a bit much. I refuse to four dollars for a bottle of water, for example.

Small room and you could hear people on other rooms/hallway. The in house movies were the most expensive I've ever seen. The room service was low quality for the price- food was not hot when brought up.

Location is great. Rooms were clean and modern feeling. I loved the shower. Loved being on the skyway system. Very close to dining and entertainment

My wife did not enjoy the shower because she couldn't shower without getting her hair wet in the 'rainfall' shower. Also, ate breakfast at restaurant, which I thought was marginal. $14 for very average eggs benedict.

I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. Happy hour at the Bank was reasonable the drinks and food were good. Staff very polite and accommodating? Would have loved to have the giant bottle of La Crema from the bank vault delivered to our room for us to consume.

They made a small error on bill and quickly fixed it; no hassle. Good price, except for absurd parking charge. Comfortable room; nice view. Hotel accomodated us despite Booking's errors.

Booking misspelled my name and didn't have my friends room listed. Booking is losing a customer. Parking charge = 1/3 room charge

The staff took care of us after we had issues with 3 rooms in a row.

Our first room we were sent to wasnt ready yet. The maid was still cleaning it. We walked back down and they said they would upgrade us. Which turned out to be a smaller room that had a horrible stench. I called down to the front desk and they were very apologetic about the issue. Finally they gave us a room that was the an upgrade and a couple drink tickets for my Husband and I. It was his birthday.

The restaurant was very nice and the location was great.

When we first arrived the heat had been turned off in our room and the temp had gotten down to 56 degrees. The heater in the room had a very loud fan that blew directly on the bed. We woke up with terrible dry throats and stuffed up noses.

Great location and professional staff.

Very loud hotel. Inconsiderate guests that were up until 4 am on both nights. The staff did move us to another floor but to no avail. We were told it was the weekend crowd at the hotel. I would book again for a stay during the week but not during the weekend.
