Everything was excellent! The location, although away from the strip, was a nice drive and not hard to navigate. The room was incredible! It looks exactly like what is in the pictures - and then some! Check-in was smooth and hassle free, and the staff bent over backweards to make sure that everything was perfect. Room was spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, shuttle to prime outlets was great, marketplace store had just what you might want or need, good soundproofing. Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.

We were thrilled with the Wyndham Grand Desert! Highlights were the mini-kitchen including a DISHWASHER, in-unit washer/dryer, separate bedroom, and lovely pool area. Soundproofing must be pretty good because we hardly ever heard any other guests while in our unit. It was an attractive, immaculate property in an excellent location. -

The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

This place was fantastic! We stayed only one night and my only regret is that we didn't stay the whole week. It was a little bit of a drive to the strip but it is worth it. The staff was excellent. The rental was spacious and accommodating. The
stay was quiet with easy access to any where we wanted to go. Shopping
was close, within walking. The grounds were pleasing. I definitely
recommend this place for someone that wants room and easy access for
RedRocks along with peace and quiet. The pool, hot tub, exercise room,
barbecue, movie rental, internet room all very well maintained and

finished to a high standard. The hotel is ideally located for exploring
rest of the strip but a haven for escaping the noise also. The staff
were helpful and we were upgraded on our second night to a executive
room as we were on our honeymoon. We were also given champagne and

This was my first time staying here. It was clean, the bed was very firm, and we had all the comforts of home. We had an excellent stay at Blue Green 36 Resort !!! Our room was on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of the Strip !!! Our deluxe suite was clean, and comfortable !!! Love the walk in shower !!! Great value. Nice rooms. Full kitchen. Roomy shower and nice Jacuzzi. Place is actually a timeshare resort, so they gave us the option to get free tickets to Circ Du Soleil to listen to a timeshare salespitch. Liked the place enough that we almost bought a timeshare.
