Everything was excellent! The location, although away from the strip, was a nice drive and not hard to navigate. The room was incredible! I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one
great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to
be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good
rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then,
went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. The

The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

The hotel had beautiful design both inside and out. The rooms were
finished to a high standard. The hotel is ideally located for exploring
rest of the strip but a haven for escaping the noise also. The staff
were helpful and we were upgraded on our second night to a executive
room as we were on our honeymoon. We were also given champagne and
strawberries upon returning from our trip to the grand canyon booked
through the hotel. The upgrade was to a corner room so we had 270 degree

This was my first time staying here. It was clean, the bed was very firm, and we had all the comforts of home. We had an excellent stay at Blue Green 36 Resort !!! Our room was on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of the Strip !!! Our deluxe suite was clean, and comfortable !!! Love the walk in shower !!! The staff were all friendly, and our room was serviced everyday !!! I am extremely pleased with Blue Green, and look forward to staying there again in the future !!!

Great value. Nice rooms. Full kitchen. Roomy shower and nice Jacuzzi. Place is actually a timeshare resort, so they gave us the option to get free tickets to Circ Du Soleil to listen to a timeshare salespitch. Liked the place enough that we almost bought a timeshare.

This is my second time staying here and both times have been a wonderful experience. The rooms are great and we loved that the bathroom had a spa tub and there was a kitchen fully equipped for your choice to cook or not. The pool is great and the bar/café is a nice place to hang and have some cocktails. We really enjoyed Debbie (behind the bar) she is a hoot...had some laughs with her. We highly recommend this resort!

I was extremely wary after reading the negative reviews for this hotel but the price was right and as a college student the price was really what it came down to. We liked our one bedroom suite which was simple, clean, and affordable. There was a pool with hot tub right in front of our room. Looked good but we did not use it or stay in the hotel much. It is far from the strip but not a problem if you have a car. Nice view of surrounding hills, proximity to a Lake Mead area, and Las Vegas worked for us.
