  I loved the service at the hotel. A small misunderstanding initially and immediately comped a couple of services for me. Was there for 6 fantastic days at a very peak period at high price but absolutely worth it. I was made to feel very comfortable especially as a woman travelling alone. Great location. This is my first and most likely only hotel review as I don't do reviews generally but fel - Every single staff member we encountered went way beyond the call of duty to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. We must commend Bill Sutton, Head Concierge, and his staff for especially excellent service. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Francisco.

  This is our 2nd time staying here. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We were checked in by Daniel and his dog, Snoopy. They were both extremely friendly. Daniel told us about all of the events around the hotel and made us feel very welcome. We love that the facility is so pet-friendly a... o que as pessoas dizem » nd would like to bring our dog next time. Far- beyond amazing. Thank you! - We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The location was fantastic and the extra touches.....coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the morning, wine, beer and hot cider between 5 and 6 and then cookies later in the evening made the stay even more pleasant. We were able to get a great price through letsbookhotel.com and the room and the staff were great. We would definitely stay again.
