From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a friendly and professional staff named Joe. We had called earlier that am prior to boarding our flight to get an early check in time with success. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for with less volume of people in and out of it for the NY Marathon weekend. The restaurant right next door had nice organic food choices and we loved that we did not have to go out in the cold and could walk straight through the lobby to dine.

Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground. I liked the location of the hotel, the room was nice with a very comfortable bed and pillow and great view of the City from the 20th floor. The staff were very good also. We upgraded to the Sheraton Club on the 21st floor which was nice, it had a great view of the City and Hudson River. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.

Liked the green glass serenity in bustling China Town and the wall of
windows looking out at New York. The rooms are compact but luxurious,
the bathrooms are huge. Everything is still shiny and new and

We found the hotel friendly, clean, comfortable and quiet. Just one subway to and from midtown. There was lots to eat at breakfast and we always got a table. We faced south and had a good view of the downtown skyscrapers and the Manhattan Bridge. The room was small, but adequate for our needs.
