  To give a little background, I have at one time lived on south beach near 10th and ocean. So I am quite familiar with the area hotels. Since moving I have been back to the area dozens of time for both work and play. Have come alone and with my family.   The staff in this place was very friendly and helpfull. They just renovated the hotel, and the rooms look great. It was the best hotel during our trip through Florida. The kingsize bed was very good, and all tv-channels were for free. The styling of the room is exceptionally nice. They offer beachfront chairs and it's all included. We loved watching the people and viewing the moon light on the ocean. The rooms are not huge but just enough space with an awesome bathroom and shower. Hotel Victor also offers you a bike to ride for an hour. We found this out on our last day so we would like to come back to stay and play.

  Like everyone who takes the time to write this reveiw, I liked the location. The two ladies who works the morning shift are excellent. I like the 24 hour convinence store attached to the hotel and the cafe tables outside.The kitchen in the room is a huge perk considering that south beach restaurants are expensive. A case of water in the room and lots of beer helped us limit the cash we spent du - I liked that they had plates, forks, etc & everything was clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view. Yes there is a noisy bar beside the hotel but it stops by 11:30pm so it's not a big deal at all. Beach chairs were included in our stay which was a nice surprise.

  Our room was quite big with a wonderful bathroom and shower. Also, it faced into the courtyard, which meant that we couldn't hear much of the party noise in front of the hotel. As we were celebrating our anniversary we received complimentary breakfast, which was very good and served until noon. The service on the beach was also excellent. One time we accidentally left a tip of $105 for breakfast (ins - My experience at Hotel Breakwater was perfect and flawless. Perfectly located on the best area of South Beach FL. Cross the road to one of the best beaches in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have not noticed anything but a smile all through my stay! In particular Mr. Curtis and the night duty gentleman from front desk. They made my stay beautiful. Thanks guys I won't forget to thank Mr. Jimmy the General Manager who makes runs the whole friendly show. I will definitely not

  The location is amazing. Joanna the manager is very very nice. I am going back again in june. I really enjoyed it. Spacious rooms clean - Close to the beach; friendly and helpful staff; hotel was in a safe and low crime area; rooms were large and clean.

  I like this hostel. It's very comfortable and not so expensive. Especially hostel is located on Ocean drive street (5 min from from hostel place to beach on foot!). Hostel Staff is very helpful and friendly. Roof top, pool and jacuzzi were my lovely places :) Here u can spend your evening time with big pleasure. So if u want stay in good place, met new interesting people, make incredible holiday that Deco Walk Hostel is right choose! - My stay was a quick one but the staff made me feel very welcome. The beach and Ocean Drive being right outside the front door was really great and the rooftop party and nightlife was a blast. I recommend DecoWalk Hostel to any traveler going to Miami and looking for a fun time.
