It was perfect for our trip. Shuttle service from & to airport was
quick. Easy access to the #7 train to get in and out of nyc. Staff
friendly, very helpful with questions. The noise from the train or the
airport wasn't a bother. Breakfast was good. Really, no complaints.
Everything was clean. Very pleased. Would stay there again. -

had been lost by the airline & without the hotel staff's help
it would have been so much more difficult for me to straighten

Staff muito gentil e educada! Foram bem solícitos quando pedi um early check-in e tudo correu bem na minha estadia e o hotel oferece transporte pro Aeroporto de La Guardia saindo de 20 em 20 minutos. Deu pra conhecer o Parque Flushing Meadows e o Complexo onde acontece o US Open de tênis. -

This hotel is conveniently located. It is close to Citi Field,
LaGuardia, the Queens Mall, and Flushing Meadows. They have a shuttle
that will take you to the nearest subway station, opening up the rest of
the city for you. The staff was always really helpful. -

The staff was friendly and professional. The room (we had an executive
queen suite) was large, clean, tastefully decorated with a microwave and
mini fridge. It included a sleeper sofa with an additional flat screen
tv in the sitting area. There is even an alarm clock that is
iPhone/iPod compatible for charging or playing music from your own
device

choices.The subway station is within walking distance and LaGuardia

They give me a free upgrade because They don't have the room I book. it's really big and I think I was living in a room which had a capacity of 4 people... The staff are really nice!

First they let us check in 5 hours early. The staff were very
friendly,they made sure we were using a reliable car service. Also got
us an accurate map to get to the nearest subway stop via a bus route.
They brought us a space heater to heat the room up faster. This is our
second visit here are we will return on our next trip to New York City

We picked this hotel for the US Open. Very convenient and they also provided free shuttles in the morning and evening. The location was perfect for eating local cuisine on Main Street and Prince Street in Flushing. -

The rooms were really nice! It was a huge draw that the hotel was new
but I didn't realize that some of it was still under
construction. Nevertheless the rooms were clean, I loved the style,
but they were a bit small. Other than that I would highly recommend
staying there. Also despite the previous reviews that no one there
spoke English that is incorrect. The staff was very friendly. I will
advise that the surrounding neighborhood consists of a lot of people
that do not speak English.

What I have like thr best is that is close to thr subway, easy to get into thr city with no much problem and for that they have a pick up shuttle.
