O acesso ao "free wireless internet" é muito conveniente. - A localização é excelente, o hotel tem o seu charme, está muito bem cuidado. O fitness centre embora não muito grande, era perfeitamente adequado e tinha as máquinas certas e suficientes. Tudo muitíssimo limpo, os funcionári... o que as pessoas dizem » os correctíssimos. A única coisa que me desagradou foi o facto do quart não ter um sítio específico para se deixar as malas, no entanto isto não me transtornou em demasia.

Staff members are nice, however, I would not say that they were excellent. We actually did not have any particular problem with them, so let's say they are OK. The services of the hotel are pretty good, including the every day newspaper, the information booklet in the room (which was extremely helpful) and the free wifi. Those who usually use the mini bar should be aware that there was no such thing in the room (we do not have any issue with this).

My husband and I got the One Bedroom Suite and it was so spacious with a fully stocked kitchen (yes, you can cook an enitre meal), comfortable bed as well as furnishings. Staff was extremely gracious and helpful. Was much better than staying at a main stream hotel, and - Large, good looking and comfortable room with a very good bed and convenient kitchen equipment. Nice location in the heart of the Back Bay area of Boston. Very nice and friendly crew, particularly understanding and caring when we exposed our noise problem in the first room we were assigned. The small breakfast room remains accessible at all time in the day enabling us to grab a tea or a coffee whenever we felt like having one.
