  This hotel was fabulous from the minute we checked in 'til we left. The staff was refined, kind and accommodating. When we returned to my room the night of my birthday, I was surprised and "touched" to find an amazing little chocolate mousse cake and a handwritten birthday card! Overall, a 5 star experience! - Everything, everybody. Quiet, calm, luxuriously relaxing, yet few steps away from Las Vegas Life (the door to Mandalay!)   first of all, we are went to the wrong chech-in desk, took our about 30 minutes,Fortunately we are very satisfy with our room. it's big,clean, comfortable and good view. also the conciege helps us a lot,like Grand Canyon Tours and outlets shopping. we are exhibitor,for us it's very nice location. and we spent a great night to saw the show"Michael ... o que as pessoas dizem » Jackson One" . - Loved first room great view. Room layout is really nice having the half bath is a bonus. Room on 23rd flr was spotless and housekeeping was working really hard to keep it that way. The beach area was huge. Casino is large and clean. Not smoky and over crowded like some others. Getting around is easy with tram.

  Breakfast at Denny's was included (one can choose between 3 different dishes). Rooms were clean. Acoustic isolation towards other rooms was good! Clean room but carpet could be renewed in the future. Extremely good value for money!!! You cannot walk to the strip but parking is free in every hotel at the strip (follow the self-parking signs at each... o que as pessoas dizem » hotel). Many fast-food facilities (Wendy's, In-and-Out Burger etc.) just opposite! Enough free parking.Nice pool! Fast Wifi - The hotel staff are very nice, and professional and have very great postive attitudes here. I had a very pleasant exprience here I will never forget!! The place is very safe her with a security team that keeps the hotel safe and these security personal here have a big heart and great respect for all guest to stay here. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know who needs to travel to Las Vegas for a hotel like this that has high standards!!!
