Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us any information we wanted. They also organised taxis - at a rate negotiated by the hotel which was cheaper than the regular taxi rate and stored our luggage (checkout time is the usual 12.00) and we weren't leaving New York until the evening. Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience.
