Localização - A hora da partida foi a melhor coisa...foi o pior hotel que já fiquei emtodos esses anos...sujo, velho, apertado, cheiro de mofo, serviço lento,não tem frigo-bar, apenas um elevador, um sacrifício para arrumar oquarto, chegaram a não trocar as fronhas...etc. o antigo hotel plaza nycera antigo, mas limpo, arrumado e um serviço ótimo! The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

My partner and I spent 3 nights at The Manhattan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with decent bathroom facilities. The hotel also provided free WiFi in the lobby. The location could not have been any better - very close to Times Square, Central Park, various restaurants

the door . Eating also entertainment was rt there. I could not have
chosen a better place to stay. The kids enjoyed themselves ,first time
in nyc. My brother was with me and he only stay at the Hilton when he
travel, but he stayed with me and rated this hotel as very good and that
says a lot coming from him.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes walking distance to Times Square and to two separate subway lines which run 24hours. Sights such as MoMa and Rockefeller Plaza are walking distance away.
The room, bed linens and bathroom towels were clean. Bathrooms were clean as well. Rooms were cleaned Dailey and towels refreshed daily a well.
Staff was helpful and friendly. The queen room accommodated my needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable.

I checked into Grand Hyatt in Dec2013.
I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt.

Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

The staff. They were helpful polite and cheerful.
The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms.
The hotel itself is in a great location close to most of the tourist sites. Would definitely recommend.

Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff.
