  The staff was accommodating, informative, and friendly. The location was absolutely phenomenal for the price--walking distance to L and bus stops. Walking distance from the heart of downtown Chicago. The restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious and the service was fantastic. Great coffee! Also, our check out was at 11am but our bus didn't leave Chicago until 3 pm so the front desk allowed us to leave our - I read reviews of the Ohio House Motel before booking, and could not believe all the positive reviews about the staff. But somehow they exceeded my expectations! So friendly and helpful, they really made us feel like they were to make our stay as pleasant as possible...a claim made by all hotels and motels, but a promise not always kept. Keep it up! - The hotel is a little gem. It was very clean, nicely decorated, very friendly helpful staff, great location with a lot nearby especially restaurants. The beds and bedding were really comfortable, loved the soft ribbed blankets and we didn't hear people talking through the walls. The Chicago magazine was really helpful and Pizza Ora was a great find.

  We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome! They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. My wife and I had a really great time being in Chicago. Luxury at a very reasonable price! I will definitely be planning a longer stay in the near futu... o que as pessoas dizem » re! Simply a great experience, Thanks Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park!!! - When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great location, too.

  Room was super. Beds were so comfortable that I have never slept better in my life and the bathroom was equally superb with 2 huge washbasins. In most places nowadays you only get a shallow worthless basin but not in the Blackstone. The room was spacious and on the 21st floor we had a magnificent view of Lake Michigan and over to Navy Pier and to ... o que as pessoas dizem » Museum Campus - Beds ultra comfortable, rooms were very nice, clean and spacious and staff were excellent ... Plus the tapas restaurant on site was great! Overall Much better than the Hilton Chicago next door. Several colleagues of mine left that hotel and moved to this and were extremely happy. Great value for money for a 4 star!
