All of the art on the walls and the fabrics used throughout the
hotel. Great clean and contemporary feeling. I also liked that it was
pet-friendly, though the fee was pretty steep ($75). It should be

For a best western it has so much character, very nice design, nice to look at and rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained.
Nice pool area and fitness suite.
Lovely location in the Old Town, within a minutes walk of local restaurants and bars.
Easy to get to gaslight quarter on the trolley system.

The BW Hacienda is our main reason for visiting San Diego. Our return for a second vacation in SD this year was because we have found this central, traditional-style, good-value hotel in the Old Town. Suite is really comfortable especially for longer stays like 7 nights.The free parking were good. The complimentary coffee/tea in the foyer/reception were really a big benefit. Breakfast is very good.Free WiFi the best! -

nada - It was conviniently located in downtown, not too far from the main attractions that we went to see in S.D. Great price for the area. Very Clean. Continental breakfast which was included daily was ok. - Convenient location, staff very accomodating, room very spacious and clean.

The staff was amazing and very helpful with transportation and anything else you asked them. They go above and beyond and always have a smile on their face. Rooms were very nice, great breakfast buffets, good dinners and drinks. Albert (2) were very nice and I wish I would have gotten the front desk persons names as they were all wonderful! -

We love the fact that both our boys had their own beds, which allowed for a more intimate time for my spouse and I. We also loved the breakfast and evening snacks offered. The location was just right. -

on duty. Although an older buiilding, 2nd floor non-smoking room was
clean and acceptable. New windows eliminated noise. Bed was very
