Pros
I was able to check in early. Jonah at the front desk was very helpful. The decor is fantastic. The old elevators are really cool. The bed was very comfortable and the air cond worked great. Close to many Hollywood spots and plenty of free parking. The hotel has the look as the type of place a 1920's gangster would stay in it's really cool.
Cons

Good location on Hollywood Boulevard with a metro station right on the corner and a Supermarket and great little Thai Noodle restaurant across the street made this an ideal spot for our few days in LA. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of parking for the car. Very happy with our stay. -

in to a large, clean, and quiet room right away. There with a friend for
a concert at the Wiltern Theater literally steps away! A/c just fine
once we cranked it up to cool off the room. Large bathroom, flat screen

Non-smoking hotel was the best of all. Location was not far from our business appointment, staffs were very helpful and friendly. Complimentary valet parking was a plus. A small refrigerator in the room made our stay easier to put some drinks in there, even though it was a little old.

We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking

This is a beautifully designed bldg. opened in 1926. I went into signif disrepair, and the restoration project has come along very nicely. It has become restored enough that they are accepting guests, and the guests rooms are beautifully appointed. Wonderful Hotel to support, and help restore an historic-worthy building. Beautiful! -

It's absolutely awesome, for the price the rooms are big and very nice looking, clean.
My girlfriend who lives in Los Angeles and joined me every night of my stayed said it was nice, it's just very "Korean", everything is translated in Korean but the neighborhood is pretty fresh :)
It's near a metro station and buses.
No problem if you wanna get to Downtown LA or USC via metro
And Santa Monica with the bus.

One of the best hotels I've ever been in.. it's decoration is so amazing, so modern.. even they have at least 46' inches Samsung LED TV .. with USB plugs every where ... The (rain) shower is great, you can control everything from your bed; from the lightning of the room to the electronic blackout curtain.. the receptionist are so friendly, polite, & helpful.. highly recommended.. & I'll visit it again for sure :))
