From the lobby we came in to a very modern and friendly atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and always available. Excellent recommendations for tours and very informative. They also booked dinner reservations for us. We really enjoyed the King suite. The space was very comfortable. The shower and double sink was truly appreciated. The sky terrace was great. Beautiful older Hotel renovated in the last few years, We were there for
our Anniversary and got a really nice room with a great view of the lake
on the 26th floor. Glad we got a good deal on letsbookhotel.com for $229… The
normal rate for the room was $519… ( For me it was definitely a $200
room but not a $500 room ) Great location one block off

Staff was wonderful. Room was nice and big. I never heard any other
guests. Right across the street from John Hancock building. Elegant. I
liked how I could close the doors to the bedroom and watch tv in the
living area. I had a late plane flight and they let me stay until 3p
check out for no charge. Concierge was awesome.

This is an historic hotel and maintains that sense of service and elegance. Perfect location on the lake & Michigan Avenue. Live music in the lounge & in the more fomal space off the lobby. Service was excellent! It's a little pricier than we usually like to pay but was perfect to celebrate a birthday.

Loved ENO Restaurant, located in Hotel, food was wonderful, especially the wine selection.
