This hotel, though on the southern tip of Manhattan, was conveniently located near several subway stations providing access to many different lines. The staff was very friendly, especially the bell hops and front desk
clerk. We had a tv issue and they were in our room in 2 minutes after
the call to fix it. Despite what you read on some reviews, the elevator
wasn't that slow. Plus, it is New York, learn to wait sometimes. We
had a good view of lower Manhattan and the river. The room was very
clean and can best be described as efficient in design. Perfect walking

Great size of room. Good beds. Club level in Ritz Carlton is always a must! You can eat and drink and this will be an extension of your own room. -

Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground. Great location next to world trade center memorial.
It was clean and the bed overall was comfortable. It would not be my first choice, but I would stay again if it is the one available.

I like all the extras- free coffee/tea/cappuccino/cold drinks all the time in the comfy Club Lounge plus snacks at night. Water dispenser and bottles on every floor. Fully stocked kitchen in the suites and smaller kitchenette with fridge and microwave in smaller rooms.
Great location close to many subway lines. Excellent restaurant and spectacular view on the top floor
