Was very close to the Exact Target Connections conference facilities. The room was comfortable (beds were comfy, nice linens & good pillows) & the curtains were true blackout. I stayed on the Concierge floor, so really enjoyed the convenience of the food served there. All the staff members were service-oriented & friendly. -

The staff were wonderful - especially Cherie at the front desk- We want to make sure management knows what a gem they have there. Complementary breakfast was delicious with hot dishes included. Lovely patio on the canal to watch the paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and people walking along the canal. Even had Duck food to feed the ducks swimming by. V

We loved everything about our stay. The room was great! I thought I reserved a 1 bedroom queen suite city view and when we got there it was actually a 2 bedroom queen suite with a canal view, it was amazing! We came into town for the football game and my boyfriends 30th birthday, the staff brought him a birthday card and some candy that was so nice of them. A true surprise. The location was perfect. To whom it may concern, 4/20/13 Recently I and my company
President stayed at your facility in downtown Indianapolis. When we were
checking in on Wednesday April 10 th there was no reservation and you
were booked solid as was every other hotel your assistant general
manager Brian Carey(?) was checking on for me. Somehow I had accidently

reservation. I had him cancel it and he made us a reservation 25 minutes

The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was very

Our view over looked a dumpster but it is the basic room. The rooms are nice and more designed for a long stay. The location is what makes it worth the young staff and the ok accommodations. -
