We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff and the hotel were fantastic. I can not sleep without a white noise and they searched high and low to find me a fan that I think came from an employee's office. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all the service was excellent.

Staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Room was clean and well appointed. 2 queen beds and sofa bed were perfect for 3 friends staying together. Hotel was quiet. Coffee and breakfast were very good. Lobby was clean and comfortable. Easy access to all transportation. Harbor was was short walk away. -

The location was a couple of blocks and a five minute walk from the
inner harbor. Our room (901) had plenty of space and was pretty quiet
(except for the usual city truck noises and sirens). Breakfast was good
with plenty of food (waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, cereal, oj, apple

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
We were upgraded to a suite, everything was very clean and the buffet breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore Inner Harbor. It is close to everything , lots of great restaurants nearby.

The "room" was an entire apartment consisting of a relatively large living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom; the kitchenette had a microwave, large fridge, and coffee machine and even provided popcorn, coffee, and tea for free. The long studio room was a very nice size, it was like a very small apartment. We loved the little kitchen area, and the fact that they even provided dishes and small dishwasher. The market was very convenient, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. Just married the weekend before, my wife and I planned a "staycation" mini-honeymoon, checked in late and were immediately upgraded to a magnificent 1 bedroom suite by Khadija at the front desk. It was larger than our apartment at home! We enjoyed a huge soaking tub and a magnificent view of the harbor, along with our own dining room! The hotel is in a great location, the free Charm City circular passes straight pass the hotel. It is only a 10 minute walk to the harbour front and 5 minute walk to City hall and Lexington Market.
