The location is excellent - right near the subway station, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds are comfortable (as in all Courtyard hotels), the room was clean, the hotel has guest laundry facility (this is important to me), the lobby is very pleasent -

New and clean hotel in the center of Manhattan. 15 min to Time Aquare , 15 minutes to Flatiron from hotel by walking. Personal is so nice, kind and helpfull. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.

I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. I felt the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, king-sized bed very comfortable, a small desk with internet/wifi, TV, closet for clothes, and nice bathroom. The brunch was very good - good food with a lot of different offerings. However, go early as can get crowded late morning. Excellent choice - I would definitely go back again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt.

The 'cabine' was bigger than we expected. There was enough room to walk around and even to leave your luggage open. This is necessary as there was no cabinet to put your clothes etc.

Loved the hotel. Beds very comfortable and super idea that they move in or out to give more room. Room had everything we needed. I was there with my 23 year old daughter for a mother and daughter break and we found the hotel perfect for what we wanted. Clean, comfortable and close enough to everywhere. We even walked as far as the plaza. The hotel car taking us back to the airport was great and more comfortable and we felt much safer with the driver than our journey from airport to hotel by yel
