Everyone from the doorman, bell boy to reception, housekeeping and room
service. We traveled out to nyc for the 1st time with the entire family
- 2 little ones (2 and 3) on halloween weeknd. The staff was super

Celebrated an anniversary with the wife. We live in Long Island so we
decided to book a room in the city for the night as we had tickets to a
broadway play and dinner reservations. We got to the hotel first to
settle in before heading out to dinner. We were presently surprised
that they had upgraded us to a sweet. The suite was beautiful, it even

My boyfriend and I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was,

The hotel is modern and spacious with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The suites are great with children- the pull-out couch is excellent quality and is a king-size bed. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The rooms are very quiet- a very nice experience! The location, near Time Square and Madison Ave. shopping is great! They also organised taxis - at a rate negotiated by the hotel which was cheaper than the regular taxi rate and stored our luggage (checkout time is the usual 12.00) and we weren't leaving New York until the evening.
