The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access). Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in.

Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive.
$265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

The warm cookies, really helpful staff, shower pressure, the free bottled water was a massive highlight to us and has set a personal standard. Also having the opportunity to check in early was amazing after getting off an overnight flight.

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. I can't say enough about how awesome this hotel was. I kept telling
my husband, "Wow!! We SCORED!!!!" The rooms were quite
spacious, the shower had great water pressure, we loved having a little
mini kitchen with a fridge, stove top and dishwasher. It was great for

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I had originally booked a 3 night stay for my mom and myself. We had a room with two double beds and it was surprisingly spacious from my previous experience with NYC hotels. We didn't feel like we were stepping all over eachother! The location was perfect for what we were there for. It was so easy to get anywhere from our hotel location. It was right next to the subway station, making it simple to go uptown to downtown and anywhere in between. The staff was very helpful and friendly! We also loved the atmosphere!! The live band downstairs was great (besides the fact that we could hear it in our room the first night).

Location with easy access to everything. When Hotel staff found out thatwe were celebrating our anniversary they upgraded our room to abeautiful corner room on the 19th floor. - All personnel were very professional. Bartender in the restaurant was very informative about the city.
