The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff. The room had a small fridge which was great, and the hotel offers luggage storage. The subway is on the same block and 3 blocks to the heart of Time Square. Byra

My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I will stay here again, and always recommend this hotel

Location, location, location ! It's the strongest advantage of Hilton TS, close to Times Square, Broadway, two subway stations and all main sightseeings, the center of everything in NYC. Comfortable big clean room with good view. Staff is usefull and quick. Price is reasonable. Strongly recommend as base in NYC !

Location with easy access to everything. When Hotel staff found out thatwe were celebrating our anniversary they upgraded our room to abeautiful corner room on the 19th floor. - All personnel were very professional. Bartender in the restaurant was very informative about the city.

Localização - A hora da partida foi a melhor coisa...foi o pior hotel que já fiquei emtodos esses anos...sujo, velho, apertado, cheiro de mofo, serviço lento,não tem frigo-bar, apenas um elevador, um sacrifício para arrumar oquarto, chegaram a não trocar as fronhas...etc. o antigo hotel plaza nycera antigo, mas limpo, arrumado e um serviço ótimo! E
