Do upgrade to a junior suite with a cityview, It gave us a cornerroom with a 150 degree wiew abling us to se the whole of the winter sunrise while getting up in the morning. Wow!   The Copley Square Hotel is exactly worth the price....a beautiful, cozy, private and great place to stay in Boston.The top floor room, the Xhale restaurant, staff, location--great for shopping, museum, grocery store--who doesn't like to buy their personal snacks, even though the hotel does offer, for a price, night time snacks--tours trolley nearb... o que as pessoas dizem » y and close to a green area for doggie walk. I stayed there in 2007 before renovations and thought it was great then...so make your reservations in c - The hotel is in a good location. Staff members are nice, however, I would not say that they were excellent. We actually did not have any particular problem with them, so let's say they are OK. The services of the hotel are pretty good, including the every day newspaper, the information booklet in the room (which was extremely helpful) and the free wifi. Those who usually use the mini bar should be aware that there was no such thing in the room (we do not have any issue with this).

  The staff was excellent from beginning to the end of our stay. We arrived for the boston marathon as participants and fans and the staff was extremely accomodating and helpful from the check-in, bell service, room service, valet, etc. Under the terrible circumstances during the marathon, the Marriott did an extraordinary job of stepping up and ma... o que as pessoas dizem » king our stay very comfortable. - The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money!   Great location in the heart of back bay, a ten minute walk for us to Fenway park for a Red Sox game, less than 5mins to Newbury st for shopping, breakfast in the hotel was fantastic, great relaxing hotel with a lovely gym and pool! Bathroom was very clean, we got extra towels which was not requested every morning! A great hotel! I will be returning next - Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat. The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern! Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common
