  Our stay at the Jetset Franklin was incredible. It was like home away from home. We arrived very early in the morning and there was someone waiting for us and has the room ready even tough the check-in was at noon. During our stay we enjoyed the amenities of the room: full kitchen were we had breakfast, nice coffee and tea. The room was spotless ... o que as pessoas dizem » and they made it every day. The staff is super nice and are always making sure you are comfortable and having a great time. They are very familiar wh - very clean, great location, friendly staff, fun decor, there is no quiet room in south beach unless you have major cash to pay for one north of 15th near the James, etc. So know that if you stay on/near ocean drive and collins ave. you will hear noise...motorcycles, loud music from cars, drunk people leaving bars in the middle of the night yelling down the street, trash trucks, construction noise, etc. It's part of the experience. It's not a reflection of the hotel. It's South Beach.

  I liked practically everything-it's a vintage restored hotel that's clean, in good repair, and in an excellent location close to the beach, shopping, and dinning; the rooms are big and amply furnished with comfy big beds, a side chair, and a desk. The bathroom is small with no tub, but sufficient with nice showers. The hotel's general vibe is qui... o que as pessoas dizem » te and low-key around. It has a nice lobby and patios that present a very good first impression. Didn't eat there but I suppose the food is as good a - Shopping, restaurants and beach are in walking distance, friendly-staff and service, very clean, patio on Collins Ave., the lobby was comfortable, complimentary wi-fi access w/ computer in lobby, excellent patio and pool area.

  Our room was quite big with a wonderful bathroom and shower. Also, it faced into the courtyard, which meant that we couldn't hear much of the party noise in front of the hotel. As we were celebrating our anniversary we received complimentary breakfast, which was very good and served until noon. The service on the beach was also excellent. One time we accidentally left a tip of $105 for breakfast (ins - My experience at Hotel Breakwater was perfect and flawless. Perfectly located on the best area of South Beach FL. Cross the road to one of the best beaches in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have not noticed anything but a smile all through my stay! In particular Mr. Curtis and the night duty gentleman from front desk. They made my stay beautiful. Thanks guys I won't forget to thank Mr. Jimmy the General Manager who makes runs the whole friendly show. I will definitely not

  great location. helpful staff and clean cool rooms - we made a last minute booking, therfore a bargain stay! the athmosphere in the hotel was really nice, so was the location: really close to the action. nice in the room : i-pod speaker system. no parking, but a parking across the street for 24 dollar for 24 hours, wich is fair i guess.

  Great location...in front of a perfect beach, staff was amazing, concierge was very helpful, complimentary drinks at check-in were appreciated...
