  The staff were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Queen suite. The wifi worked perfectly which pleased my teenage children (and me!). We booked a taxi back to JFK at the front desk and a lovely Lincoln Continental arrived on time and made the journey effortless. The windows kept all the noise out. The - We had a wonderful experience here and will do it again. We love this upper west side location, close to really great 'locals feel' shopping- not too touristy. Still some good street vendors nearby.
