  Hotel had a more personable feeling about it - some of the larger hotels are so impersonal. Staff were extremely friendly and greeted you upon arrival and departure. Staff were very responsive. The location is extremely good - quiet and within walking distance to many of the tourist sites. Overall had an excellent stay at Taj and would like to ... o que as pessoas dizem » thank the staff for excellent service. - This is an outstanding hotel. The service is superb and the staff courteous and polite. The dining experience is fabulous, and the chicken curry (ask for the white meat to be changed for dark meat) is divine. Room service is rapid, with the slowest delivery being 32 minutes - that would be extremely fast for most 5 star hotels that I have stayed in.

  I absolutely LOVED everything! It was beautiful from the moment I first saw it, before I even walked inside. It was so easy to get to from BART and in a perfect location. The entire staff was sincerely friendly, kind, helpful and seemed to only know how to say "Yes, of course we can". The room was outstanding, clean, light, comfortable with a beau... o que as pessoas dizem » tiful view. I will recommend staying there to all of my friends and family and I look forward to staying there again in the future. - location was good but if you go two blocks over it gets a little rough. wine and snack hour wasn't bad for free but in SF who wants to drink just decent wine? staff was very nice and value for big city hotel in decent location on a BUSY wknd was excellent.
