  Staff was wonderful, especially the wait staff in the Turtle restaurant on-site. As far as clean; this is the first hotel bathroom I've been in that didn't smell like urine. We travel a lot, and the bathrooms are the worst. This was quite clean. - We love just about everything about the nautical ! We had a big problem with our reservation and Je... o que as pessoas dizem » nnifer (the manager) handled everything for us! There is just nothing more beautiful than the Havasu sunrises over the lake !!!
