basic needs. loved the king size beds x 2 for family of 4 (includes 2 children). great price for the night. quick check in/out. happy to have continental breakfast, a muffin and tea/juice was a nice touch for the morning start with the kids.
The location was near the Softball Tournament and the price was a good value.

lack of sound proofing, noisy from road through windows and from hallways. end room so noisy stairwell too. bathroom / shower area not very clean/floors etc.

I had to ask for hairdryer and no coffee maker in room. Guest were noisey and we thought the staff could hear them on first floor and say something to them at 2:30 am but didn't.

Toilet area very small. My Husband is handicapped and needs assistance.

The sink looked clean at first. But I leaned forward to see my chin in the mirror and saw dirt and hair and splash marks and it made me feel sick. Now I worried about the floor, shower, the bed,ect.
Air condition was not working properly, a light bulb was out in
bathroom.
Room wasn't cleaned; toothpaste on the towels! Tissue in the toilet! Carpet not vacuumed!.
Just a little bit different from what I usually stay in. This had no in room coffee pot, fridge or microwave. Not even a guest directory. Mattresses and box springs , not too good! Dirty!.
Not real clean - white socks turned grey after walking on carpet. Very
noisy!! Would never stay there again. Cancelled reservation for the
following weekend.
Charges was off the guest was bad n management didn't care. People climbing in windows yanking lick doors open small children unattended all the time outside 3 yr old hanging outside window on 2 floor no screens. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at! Did not feel safe!!!.
The room was so dirty and the sink did not drain that we did not spend
the night there . we check in and left for a party with out looking the
room over closely. When we returned for the evening we found out how
dirty it was and left. If it had been earlier we would have never
checked in. Wasted $52.
