I had great customer service from everyone I dealt with here. From
Kaylie on the phone to Jamie & Jeromy at the desk. Also, the General
Mgr. Denise McGinnis was also helpful to me with another need I had
which had nothing to do with the hotel. The staff here is excellent!

Travelodge Green Bay was everything I needed. It was convenient, clean,
comfortable, friendly staff, coffee pot in the room, decent breakfast
and it fit my budget. I had made reservations for only one night, but
when I realized that I needed to stay another night; the staff was very
accommodating and agreed that I could get the same discounted price for
the 2nd night. I would definitely stay again.

Free parking for my short trip out of town and 24 hr shuttle service.
Also, I left a bracelet in the room. The Security staff were extremely
helpful and concerned when I called to report this. Paul called me twice
to update their progress and also to let me know the item was found and
waiting for me. What a great feeling, thank you! -

Loved the staff, they were very enthusiastic about the changes that were
being made and wanted to share them with us. They were so extremely
helpful and treated us like family (printing information we needed for
our trip and also bringing that and cookies to our door.) I was very
impressed by the way they seemed to love their job!!!!!!

Everything! I didn't expect the room to be as nice as it was. Clean. I loved the kitchenette w/ dishes and cooking needs. Dishwasher. Bed was so comfy I slept like a baby!!! My room was more like a small apartment and was much more than I
expected. It was clean and comfortable. For the price I paid I felt I
really had a great deal. Staff at the front desk were helpful and
friendly. Breakfast was above average and included eggs and sausage in
addition to waffles and other items. Well done.
