  We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. I would stay there again for sure. - We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

  The manager responded to the inoperable in-room movies by providing us with a complimentary breakfast. The buffet breakfast was amazing! The pool area is very family friendly with two indoor slides. The lobby area is very warm, yet expansive. The views from the balconies are fantastic, especially the higher floors.
