This Quality Inn is across the street from the Galveston beach, many restaurants in walking distance. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. No complaints. My mom and I enjoyed the one night we spent there.
The hotel room was nice and clean. We enjoyed having our own private balcony with a nice view of the ocean. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

I liked every thing, It's a nice clean facility with pleasant staff. And they serve a great Breakfast, never running short of anything.
The beds were very comfortable I enjoyed the balcony. This is a very nice room to stay. It was also clean and had lots of space.
I liked the closeness to the beach. The breakfast was great! Motel easy to find and centrally located to what we needed.
My overall experience was good. The continental breakfast was exceptional and will kept up with.
Staff was very nice and helpful, gave good advice regarding sightseeing and restaurants.

I didn't like that the spa that was advertised to be near the pool had been removed. I had to go several times to have the key card redone to get in the hotel and in the room.
Inside pool was very warm and muggy in little room it was in...fitness center had 3 pieces of equipment.
Everything was wonderful.
Didn't like having to go outside to get to indoor pool. It was chilly and was cold after getting wet. And should be able to smoke on balcony, not have to go all way down to lower level.

Nothing.
Internal plumbing was VERY noisy. Anytime anyone flushed, you heard the rush through the pipes. Walls were thin. They should provide free ear plugs.
Old hotel. Stale odor in room. Bought room spray. Mattress old &
uncomfortable sometimes during the night the heating quit. Food was not
that great. Pictures are deceiving. It does not tell you that you have
to go out side in the cold to get to pool.
The elevator smelled . The hair dryer or iron didn't work.
