The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our vehicle was left in the parking lot while we were on the Carnival Triumph cruise that was delayed a few days and they kept it without having it towed and everything was secure. Room was very clean and the bed was a dream. Wish we had just stayed there instead of getting on the ship!. The rooms were well appointed. The thought that went into the accessible room was terrific. Binny (front desk) was the sweetest person to deal with. She went out of her way to help me even when I questioned the daily rate. The "workout" room was very well equipped. Thank you so much for a great time.
todos opiniões » Four Points Sheraton is directly across from the Pleasure Pier. Easy access to the Seawall. The hotel was updated. Very comfy bedding. Great breakfast for a great value. I would definetly stay again. We stayed during a motorcycle rally. The hotel was sold out and full. The staff did all they could to assist entertain and make sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. Great location - on the Seawall, Pleasure Pier across the street. Comfortable and low key. View of the Gulf. Lots of guest parking. staff recommendations of restaurants. The trip was great!! the hotel was awosome!! staff top of the line. rooms were everything and more!! cant wait to vist again with our kids. I opened the curtains and was looking directly at a wall. That was somewhat disappointing. Small problem with bill that was resolved to our satisfaction. The towels were small and there weren't enough towels. No complaints. Air conditioning didn't seem to be working in hallways. Pool area was nice but smaller then expected. nothing. Room rate is too high. AC unit was a bit noisy. no complaints. I didn't like that the pool is shaded by the building in the afternoon. Young children running up and down in the hall uncontrollable very late night early morning. Several nights of disturbed sleep due to noisy niebors. price could have been a little less. Halls smelled musty. The smell on first floor. Pool not heated. Very loud. Elevators were slow. Also the rate I was charged wad not the rate when I booked.I Originally booked a king room but the only king room was on the 1st floor. The room was way too noisy so the agent moved us to a different room type in the 5th floor. She did not say the rate would change. No toiletries Had to ask for tea-bags and cream No shower cap Very noisy bar area No complimentary bottle of water No complimentary continental breakfast Staff didn't know about the new parking regulations on Galveston seawall. They only have 2 elevators, it takes 10-15 min just for the elevator to stop on the floor, and then its full of staff members with carts and you can't get in anyways, they do not have continental breakfast, it just wasn't worth the $279/night price, I was very dissapointed. Breakfast, price, pool cloudy,. Mold in room Toe nail and hair on bath floor Shades on window did not work Coffee make in room with no coffee. Very noisy hallway, window faced parking garage, no laundry bag.
