The staff was really friendly from the front desk to the maintenance men. I loved the ocean front room with balcony. Decent size pool with a smaller kiddie size pool for small children and a extra area for laying out facing the beach. Also nice location next to some restaurants and about less then 10 min drive to the boardwalk. Extra big plus for me, pet friendly!. The staff was awesome and very accomodating. Also the hot breakfast was very good. The gentleman that works it maintain it very clean. Overall the hotel was a vey nice place to stay.

The amenities such as free hot breakfast and beach front was a big sell for us,overall we had a great time at a great hotel. Great breakfast...did not run out, hot breakfast and very good! The price of our stay very reasonable. I loved the staff and the location is great. Best of all was the price. Great location. Nice pool and terrace. Breakfast with scrambled eggs. I liked the view of the ocean. Very clean. I liked the location right on the beach. Budget friendly hotel. Friendly staff. location & pool. A few minor cosmetic issue around the hotel and in room, you can tell its older but they try to keep up. Nothing to big to keep me from coming back though. Also the breakfast could be better but it's free so I can't complain to much. 1 bad thing elevator is super slow and one was broken during my stay. One of the elevators was broken. also the parking situation. I am handicap and had to park accros rhe street twice. The Neighbors were loud and we heard them through our walls, the biggest discomfort was the door slamming close every 30 seconds it shook the walls and echoed through the room. Jellyfishs in the sea - not recomended go to the sea by lifeguard. I didn't like the black bugs crawling everywhere outside. Nothing bad too say. Pretty expensive at $200.00 a night. Room very dusty upon arrival as if the room was vacant for a while. I didn't like the long line to make a waffle. They really need to invest in a second waffle iron. Building in poor condition with leaky plumbing flooding rooms faulty air conditioning. Breakfast is mistake they should try fruit and yogurt keep fresh cereal fewer choices higher quality. room run down doors didn't lock proper room wasn't ready at 4 pm to check in room wasn't cleaned daily and when it was it was a lousy job breakfast was awful not enough parking for guests and the place still had rooms empty. I booked an ocean view and got a tiny disabled room overlooking the parking lot. I paid $129 a night for a closet sized room. When I went to the manager she said to bad, I wanted that room. She said it was bookings fault. I will not recommend this hotel.
