  From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful, friendly atmosphere. The hotel was nice, walking distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff, and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

  I initially chose your hotel for it's location and price..Close to Amtrak, Downtown, easy access to the Metra rail/buses so we could visit all the Museums, Parks, Restraunts and don't forget " Shopping "..But your Hotel Staff is what will bring me back..I'm a flight attendant and I spend a lot of time in hotels..A Clean, comfortable room is import... o que as pessoas dizem » ant..But a friendly, helpful staff is most important to me..Thank you for a wonderful stay..Sincerely, Paula & Serena - We didn't get a river view room, but who we met there did and it was spectacular! The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value. The location was off the beaten path but close enough if you wanted a nice long walk through the city to take it all in. I was very pleased with the facility and would definitely stay there again.

  Location great with nearby museums, shopping, parks in walking distance. Hotel very well run with friendly staff. Very clean rooms and loved the executive business suite with two bathrooms. I wish we had had the option of two queen beds instead of two doubles. - Friendly help full staff, comfortable rooms and ease of access to stadium and downt... o que as pessoas dizem » own. The breakfast at the restaurant by the Lobby was excellent. Check in and checkout were easy. Enjoyed the history and decore of building.
