Reception staff (Peter I think) was very welcoming and went out of his
way to help. The location is excellent - slightly out of town but very
easy to walk in The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi with mineral water
is a total treat Parking excellent Room comfortable with good selection
of drinks Breakfast was varied and a good standard and also provided
English Breakfast tea bags tv facilities and menu options much better

The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. There was a little courtyard with tables so we could sit outside.
Full high end room with nice beds, pillows, internet, refrigerator,
lcd tv, etc.

One of the doors in the room was sorely in need of a lick of paint. No
elevator for carrying up suitcases but then the stairs are outside.
The breakfast area seemed a bit small, especially when there were several people trying to get food - not a big deal, though.
They closed the hot tube at 10 pm. I got back from my great dinner
expecting to spend time in the hot tube.
There was some type of problem with a valve to make the pool work but it was broke. However the hot tub was up and running. A few places needed some paint.
There was on female staff(I forgot her name) that was dismissive, I
called the night before check out as to procedure, she was curt and told
me "I have customers waiting."....wasn't I a
guest/customer too???? -There was a fridge in the room but no
microwave ( I guess by request and at a fee).

Leaky toilet ran off and on all night...room not very well lit.
First room was noisy. Second room could have been cleaner.
The rooms were old. Bathroom was so dirty we decided not to use it and waited until we returned to San Francisco.
Breakfast was just average. Blended orange juice watered down . For the price we paid for an older resort, in need of an upgrade, paint and repairs, it should have been better.
