  The staff was excellant very personalble. We had just arrived at the philadelphia airport from Paris a long flight and we had a 5 hour drive home.   This was our second stay at the Crowne Plaza, staff was Friendly and Welling to meet Our Needs, the room was nice and clean. Had a nice view as requested. Was able to check in early. Overall would say We had a very Pleasant Stay... I would recommend Crowne Plaza it was Nice Quite and Relaxing.... Four Stars : ) P.S. Swimming pool is a plus, especially during a heat wave. Location is fine if you travel by car. You can reach Philly downtown in a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, we didn't take it but it seems a good option too. Very comfortable bed.
