  The hotel is beautiful, the lobby dome used to be a bank in 1900. Breakfast staff was excellent! We got a good rate with breakfast included with booking. Great location. - downtown location is great. Close to shopping, theaters, historical district and transportation. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

  Chris at the Concierge area is the best hotel concierge I have ever dealt with in 20+ years of extensive travelling around the world. This guy has it down, energy, smile, dedication, fast accurate answers, and frankly was the reason I stayed at this hotel (after a phone call interacting with him).
