  Our room was cool and clean, the pillows were so comfortable. The housekeeping staff were responsive, when we wanted our car from valet there were enough to accomodate everyone who needed them, everyone told you their name and asked if they could do anything else for us, we had dinner at Normans and it was one of the best meals we have had in a lo... o que as pessoas dizem » ng time- our waiter was David and He was exceptional.   Accomodation was like comfort flat. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC, showers and jaccuzzi baths, livingroom and kitchen, TV sets, washmachine, cloth washmachine, cloth dryer... Really like a flat. Nice furniture, mirrors and beautiful view of a lake and aquapark from 11. floor. We loved staying in Westgate Palace. Having four daghters it was important that we had multiple showers and had a full kitchen so we could cook breakfasts and dinners while we paclked lunches for the parks. And the location was great! Super Close to Universal.
