The general manager and staff were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable and safe when I was unexpectedly unable to accompany her during her stay there. We are very grateful for the excellent attention they gave and would recommend this motel to friends and family. -

The front desk staff was helpful upon check-in when we asked for advice on how to get to downtown Chicago. The hotel offers a 24-hour shuttle to the airport which was extremely convenient for us. The drivers were friendly and safe, who chatted with us along the way. They are in a great location; many businesses are easily accessible by foot, car, or train. Very clean. The staff was extremely friendly with us. For the regular price of a motel you get 4-stars service. Great choice if you have a car and need to stay close to the City or O'Hare. 5 min driving to Metra, Walmart, 15 min driving to Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg and O'Hare airport. -

The room was serviced timely and around my convenience over our 3 day, 4 night stay. I was offered some ammenities, room with a fridge, that weren't included in the room if they became available. Friendly staff. -
