Very comfortable. Staff was friendly and excellent. Reading reviews before we went were terrible and I was Leary about our stay, but when we got there we were pleasantly surprised and happy. Our room was clean, housekeeper Betty was wonderful the staff was awesome and the hotel was nice. We enjoyed the pools and our stay overall was wonderful. -

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Not far from the beach. Right beside a nice mall and plenty of restaurants. The staff was very polite and helpful. Although I felt the hotel restaurant was a little pricey. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The pool was nice as well -

The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We had originally been booked in a "pet building", I don't know how, we don't even have a pet. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

I loved that with 2 young kids we really didn't have to leave and spend more money for them to have fun. Great when you're on a budget. They had everything my kids love including the pools, lazy river, arcade and mini golf.

Staff were very professional and provided good service. Breakfast was very good and the sweet lady making the waffle was wonderful! Was worried about the street noise, but did not hear it at all and our room as only metres away.
Friend forgot his reading glasses and the hotel called as soon as they were found.

I loved all of the pools. The kiddie pool was a hit with my four year old daughter. There were three hot tubs, One outside and two inside. The bowling alley was really nice. They played great music videos that were kid friendly. The atmosphere was great and the prices were reasonable. I also loved my room. The view was amazing. Everything was great...I would stay again it wasn't to far from the beach...I was there for my stepson wedding and they used the Base Receation Center at Market Commons which was about 10minutes or less away...just will get a larger room next time.. other then that I will stay there again...the reviews wasn't true it's a really nice place... -
