Spacious, modern and clean room in quiet setting. Had to leave early in the morning so we did not utilise the breakfast buffet. This was my first time staying here. It was clean, the bed was very firm, and we had all the comforts of home. The blanket was a little itchy and the walls were a little thin, but other than that, we totally enjoyed our stay. I like that there was a kitchenette and a washer & dryer. We had an excellent stay at Blue Green 36 Resort !!! Our room was on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of the Strip !!! Our deluxe suite was clean, and comfortable !!! Love the walk in shower !!! The staff were all friendly, and our room was serviced everyday !!! I am extremely pleased with Blue Green, and look forward to staying there again in the future !!!

The best thing about the hotel is that does not have a casino in
the lobby. So you do avoid smelling like cigarettes when getting to
your room.
Rooms are cleaner that most hotels on the strip, which makes a great value for money, since you paid less for a cleaner room.

Everything. It was a great price, a clean room with coffee pot. And
it's about the only place I've stayed in Vegas that had a free
breakfast. A lot of people mentioned the shuttle to the strip and that
it didn't pick you back up. I didn't mind, it was only a $8 taxi
ride back, but I saw the driver had picked someone up from the strip
when they picked me up from the airport. I loved the hotel and I would
stay there again.

Stayed there on business a few times so knew what to expect. Fan static room, for the price you wouldn't get anything as good on the strip. No slot machines, decent gym and decent breakfast. -
I love the full size fridge, the individual bedrooms on opposite sides of the main "living area". The view was AMAZING from the living room!!!

Having a suite with a kitchenette made the stay much easier. Could have breakfast in the suite or even food ready to take for lunches and such. Bed was comfortable and suite was well laid out. Staff were helpful and accommodating. All staff we met were helpful and friendly.We dodged the timeshare sell bullet that some have referred to (didn't take their promised incentives so they didn't push the matter).
