Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from
airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was
helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle
drivers both on June 4 and June 5 were great as well. -

conforto - the layout of the hotel was very welcoming for the price...the staff was friendly and i felt at home there....im planning on staying there every month when i go to new york..the food was ummm umm good. i think i gained about 5 lbs in the 3 days i was there...lol...we really loved it... - nice lobby, friendly staff, free wireless internet

Excellent staff. Initially had a problem with shuttle taking almost 40
minutes. I had called the day before because I had read so many
negatives about their shuttle. But once I arrived the staff was superb.

We picked this hotel for the US Open. Very convenient and they also provided free shuttles in the morning and evening. The location was perfect for eating local cuisine on Main Street and Prince Street in Flushing. -

The hotel is very family friendly which you could relax by enjoying swimming pool plus sunbaking after back from Disney Worlds. Staff is excellent & helpful. The 2-bedrooms with a living room especially with a kitchen is a plus which is allowed us to enjoy our late supper while our family stayed up talking until midnight.

staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with
staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was
healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool
with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and
stationary bikes. Free hourly bus to #7 subway line was convenient into
