  The front dest personnel where very curtious and professional. They were always in good spirits and helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean.   There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   Our daughter is at Springfield College and we have been looking for a hotel that is close and nice ! We found it in this hotel . It has been totally remodeled . Rooms are very nice, pool and lobby very nice . Breakfast was not included in price but was very good. Hopefully it stays this nice for the next 4 years of her college stay .   This was a great choice when visiting Amherst. It is only 20 minutes away, and easy to get on and off the highway. - The hotel and bars/restaurants in side were excellent. Champions was great on game days.
