The staff was wonderful with helping us find our way around the city. Valet parking was great, and my car was always waiting for me when I came down to the lobby to get it. The location was also perfect for the downtown area. The metro bus was right down the street as well.

We were allowed to check in early which was great because we got in early and had no place to leave our luggage. They also held our luggage for us until we left later in the day. Great customer service! -
