  Um dos melhores hoteis que conheço! - The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the reception... o que as pessoas dizem » ist checked us in. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

  Excelente em todos os aspectos no O. B. Tower Apartments! Nos serviços do hotel com o mesmo nome (oasis beach) a que tinhamos direito a qualidade decresce.. Aí as piscinas apresentam deficiência de limpeza e conservação e staff de média qualidade. Sala de pequeno almoço pequena para o nº de clientes. - We liked the space in the apartment, the ful... o que as pessoas dizem » l kitchen, big bedrooms, several bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was nice to have our own "apartment" but within the security of a hotel. It was cleaned on a daily basis. There were some basic supplies there when we arrived, including some food, dishwashing and laundry supplies. The pool and the proximity of the beach were great. - Excellent service. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Loved the food we had upon arrival especially since the kids were hungry and tired. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view was awesome.

  Room was very clean and spacious. Although the restaurant was not yet operational I found the staff very courteous and professional. - pleasant surprise, 3 mo old hotel. Staff very courteous. Room nice and fresh, amenities nice. Free wifi internet was fast.
